We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead a well-established school in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction foster academic excellence and ensure a nurturing and disciplined environment that supports the holistic development of students. The Principal will be responsible for all academic administrative and operational aspects of the school and will serve as the face of the institution within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong academic and administrative leadership in line with the schools vision and values.
• Oversee curriculum implementation teacher development and student performance.
• Lead school improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain a safe inclusive and stimulating learning environment for students and staff.
• Build effective communication channels between staff students and parents.
• Ensure compliance with local education regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Manage school budgets resources and staff recruitment in coordination with the school board or owners.
• Represent the school in community events meetings and public engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 710 years of proven experience in a senior academic leadership role.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development school operations and student-centered learning.
• Exceptional leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in multicultural school environments is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
