Job Responsibilities

• Operations / Project Management
• Evaluate both internal and external requests (e.g. ROI analysis).
• Manage project requests (e.g. Rebranding, Token swap, Mainnet integration, Airdrop etc.) from external partners (i.e. listed tokens).
• Manage operation requests (e.g. Legal Agreement, Risk Control System, Bot Enhancement etc.).
• Perform project management on implementation for successful requests (e.g. stakeholders management run through different stages of SOP).
• Optimize structure/process to better manage and execute requests.
• Build up risk control systems and participate in ad‑hoc events.
• Drive new initiatives and be able to deliver quality results on time.
• Support risk management and operations optimization projects.
• Support post‑mortem and relevant analytics as necessary.
