Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.

• Experience with PMC ADNOC is mandatory.

Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be full time site based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The key objectives for this role are:

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, company policies, and client requirements on-site.
• Develop and implement site‑specific HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor daily site activities to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks to reinforce HSE standards and awareness among all personnel.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure HSE requirements are integrated into all site operations.
• Promote a strong safety culture by providing training, inductions, and continuous awareness programs for site personnel.
• Ensure proper implementation of emergency response plans and readiness for any potential site emergencies.
• Track and report HSE performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in safety and environmental practices.
• Support environmental compliance by monitoring waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives on-site.

Expected:

• Diploma in Engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, IT, Computer, Software, Electronic, etc.) or equivalent from an accredited institute with a minimum of Ten (10) years’ experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry including minimum five (5) years (preferred) in GCC region.
• PMC ADNOC experience is mandatory
