An exciting new, family-focused play and entertainment concept is launching in Dubai and is seeking an experienced Play & Entertainment Manager to support daily operations and guest experience delivery. This role sits at the heart of a vibrant, high-energy environment designed for children and families, combining structured play, classes, and private events. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure safe operations, engaged staff, and consistently high service standards as the venue establishes itself in the market. This is a hands‑on management role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, seven‑day‑a‑week operations and has a genuine passion for children’s entertainment, guest experience, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operation of all play and entertainment zones, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining operational policies, procedures, and safety standards across the venue.
  • Coordinate closely with maintenance and cleaning teams to uphold presentation, hygiene, and functionality.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a team of play attendants, entertainers, and support staff.
  • Lead by example on the floor to maintain team morale, engagement, and performance.
  • Handle guest feedback, questions, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive family experience.
  • Support the planning and execution of birthday parties, children’s classes, and special events.
  • Liaise with third‑party suppliers and entertainers to ensure service quality and cost control.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and revenue monitoring in collaboration with management.
  • Support marketing initiatives, community outreach, and social media activations to drive footfall and repeat visits.
  • Contribute ideas for new activities, programs, and operational improvements based on guest feedback and industry trends.
Compensation & Benefits
  • AED 15,000 - 18,000 per month, depending on experience.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai. Only candidates with relevant experience in family entertainment, play areas, or similar high‑interaction environments will be considered.

Qualifications
  • 2–3 years’ experience in play area management, family entertainment, leisure, or hospitality operations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing operational teams in a customer‑facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and child‑focused operational standards.
  • Experience coordinating children’s parties and activities, including hands‑on entertainment skills such as balloon decoration, face painting, or interactive games.
  • Confident communicator with excellent guest‑service instincts.
  • Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, in a seven‑day operation.
  • First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
