Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is required.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project schedules (using Primavera/MS Project) for villa construction from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to gather inputs and update schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Analyze project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with contract requirements and company standards.
• Support in resource allocation, procurement planning, and cost control.
