Kaizen Asset Management Services, a leading property management company in Dubai, is on the lookout for a talented and creative Photographer & Videographer to capture the essence of our brand and showcase our properties. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling, working in a collaborative remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take high-quality photographs and videos of residential, commercial, and community spaces to portray the features and atmosphere of our properties.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative photo and video shoots that align with branding and promotional strategies.
• Edit and enhance visual content using industry-standard software, ensuring quality and consistency in all final outputs.
• Develop engaging multimedia content for use in digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and property listings.
• Work with drone technology to capture aerial shots of properties and surrounding areas, enhancing the visual appeal of our marketing materials.
• Conduct onsite inspections and assess properties to determine the best angles and lighting for capturing stunning visuals.
• Maintain an organized archive of all visual content for easy access and future projects.

• A proven track record as a photographer and videographer, supported by a diverse portfolio that highlights your skills.
• You must hold a valid UAE Driving License and have access to a car.
• Possessing your own camera is a must!
• Expertise in utilizing a variety of photography and videography equipment, such as DSLRs, lenses, lighting gear, drones, and audio recording devices.
• Solid knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, along with photo editing programs including Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Experience in crafting captivating content for social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with real estate photography and videography would be an added bonus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing you to take direction while also contributing your own creative insights.
• Detail-oriented with a genuine passion for visual storytelling and a keen creative eye.
• Able to work independently and juggle multiple projects effectively.
