Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. This position requires a professional with a proven track record in executive assistance, exceptional discretion, and the ability to manage complex tasks across corporate and personal domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments (HR, Administration, IT, Business Development) to ensure timely follow-up on projects and initiatives.
  • Attend management and business development meetings; accurately record and circulate minutes; monitor and track action items.
  • Manage approvals, documentation, and special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and interdepartmental coordination.
  • Oversee personal and family-related matters such as property management, travel logistics, and household coordination.
Experience & Skills Required
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
