Overview

We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant of the highest calibre to support our CEO for all day to day activities. It is essential that the candidate has strong local experience in the UAE. The role will be based from the office and the CEO's home (based on the CEO's requirements).

The successful candidate will help coordinate the day to day running of the office and assist with ongoing recruitment strategy. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO. This position will be privy to highly sensitive and confidential information and will be put in a pivotal position of trust. There is a high volume of diary management and travel management across multiple time zones, as the CEO has extensive interests globally and travels extensively. Activities will vary from day to day.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations and assist with ongoing recruitment strategy.
  • Provide diary management and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
  • Support the CEO with day-to-day activities and administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Work from the office and the CEO's home as required by the CEO.
Qualifications
  • Local UAE experience is essential; 3–5 years within the region.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a PA in a high-calibre setting.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • A warm and engaging personality, mature demeanor.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a high-demand role with varying hours; working hours are typically 9–5 but can vary according to the CEO's requirements.
