An innovative insurance firm is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Regional CEO. This role requires managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating travel, and liaising with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative support to the Regional CEO, as well as potentially other C-suite executives as required, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, effective time management, and seamless coordination across business activities. The role requires a high level of discretion, initiative, and professionalism, acting as a key point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
