Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Please make sure to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Please track deadlines, follow up on action items, and make sure that priorities are completed.
  • Manage documentation, records, and filing systems efficiently.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not mandatory if backed by relevant experience.
