Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Please make sure to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Please track deadlines, follow up on action items, and make sure that priorities are completed.
- Manage documentation, records, and filing systems efficiently.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not mandatory if backed by relevant experience.
