• Manage the executive’s schedule, appointments, and meetings • Handle confidential correspondence, calls, and emails • Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required • Run personal errands and handle household or office tasks • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive • Maintain filing systems and manage documentation • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth business operations
