A leading hospitality organization is seeking a People & Culture Intern in Dubai for a 3-month internship. This role involves planning engagement activities, contributing to employee experience initiatives, and creating content for internal communications. Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized People & Culture Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates for a 3-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands‑on experience in the People & Culture team and contribute to our organizations culture and employee experience initiatives.

  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Contribute ideas for improving employee experience and culture initiatives.
  • Create posters banners and other creative content for internal communication.
  • Coordinate with different departments to promote participation in regional engagement initiatives.
  • Support the P&C team in executing engagement calendars and event logistics.
  • Assist in tracking participation and collecting feedback.
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by direct manager.
Qualifications :
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR Marketing Design or a related field.
  • Must be locally available to join (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Strong interest in P&C employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe tools, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
