Job summary

A healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Patient Administrator to improve patient care by managing appointment scheduling and registration. This role requires 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare. Applicants should be computer literate and have knowledge of medical insurance terminology. Preference will be given to applicants under the UAE Emiratization Program.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in a Contact Centre or Healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the patient appointment scheduling and registration process.
  • Manage the medical insurance process and related tasks.
  • Manage the billing and cash-up process.
  • Meet customer service expectations by improving patient service.

Skills

Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
CRM software applications
Numerical literacy
Knowledge of medical insurance terminologies and process

Education

Completed secondary school education (Grade 12)
Tertiary Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
