Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer customer inquiries about products services and promotions both in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers in locating products providing recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently escalating to management when necessary.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Restock shelves and organize merchandise displays to ensure a neat and presentable store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist in keeping the store clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
