Ensure conformance to Employer’s Requirements, relevant industry codes and contract obligations under FIDIC/design‑build.

Your role
Site Supervision & Quality

Interface & Integration
  • Coordinate mechanical interfaces with electrical (power/controls), BMS/SCADA, AFC, PSDs (where applicable), and signalling/CBTC for incident ventilation responses; maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and resolve clashes.
BMS & Controls
  • Verify BMS integration (Ethernet TCP/IP, time sync, points lists), alarm strategies, and sequence‑of‑operations for HVAC and smoke control; oversee trending and handover of O&M manuals and asset registers.
Contract Administration (FIDIC/PMC)
  • Provide inputs to measurements and certification, progress reporting (daily/weekly/monthly), and support variation/claims prevention through accurate technical documentation; discharge PMC "Engineer" duties per FIDIC delegation by Resident Engineer.
Safety & Permits
  • Enforce HSSE requirements for confined spaces, lifting, pressure equipment, and hot works; coordinate statutory approvals/permit‑to‑work.
About you
