Responsibilities

  • Research high-end venues (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait).
  • Identify decision makers in the hospitality industry.
  • Send micro-personalized outreach via Email, LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Log contacts, messages and follow-ups in Google Sheets / Notion.
  • Book qualified intro calls for the sales team.
  • Provide a concise weekly KPI report.

Overview

Groove Entertainment LLC Dubai-based entertainment and background-music agency. We curate DJ-style background radio and premium live acts for luxury restaurants and 5-star hotels across the GCC. Founded in Dubai, S Groove provides 24 / 7 background music streams and live entertainment to venues that want a premium, modern sound without nightclub volume. Clients include leading hotels and high-end dining venues in the UAE and wider MENA region.

Compensation
  • Fixed monthly base: USD 300 (~16,800 PHP)
  • Performance bonuses: USD 15 per qualified intro call booked and USD 25 per confirmed venue meeting / proposal.
  • Paid monthly via Wise or Payoneer.
Schedule

Flexible work anytime as long as outreach is sent during Dubai business hours (07:00 – 19:00 GMT+4) and weekly KPIs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Research high-end venues (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait).
  • Identify decision makers (Entertainment Manager, F&B Director, GM, Events Manager).
  • Send micro-personalized outreach via Email, LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Log contacts, messages and follow-ups in Google Sheets / Notion.
  • Book qualified intro calls for the S Groove sales team.
  • Provide a concise weekly KPI report (new leads, messages sent, replies, calls booked).
Qualifications / Skills
  • Excellent written English with a polite, professional tone.

  • Experience in lead generation or hospitality outreach is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to self-manage.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace; basic Canva and Loom skills are a plus.
