Job Title: Organizational Development Manager

Reporting to: SVP – People Development

Our client, a highly reputable and forward-thinking organisation within the aviation sector, is seeking to appoint an experienced Organizational Development Manager to join their People Development function in Abu Dhabi. This is a key strategic role responsible for shaping organisational capability, driving performance, and enabling cultural excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement organisational development strategies and frameworks that support business transformation and long‑term growth.
  • Lead initiatives focused on organisational effectiveness, including workforce planning, change management, competency framework development, and organisational design.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to assess organisational needs and propose solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and leadership capability.
  • Develop and oversee employee engagement programmes, talent initiatives, and culture‑enhancement projects that align with business objectives.
  • Manage end‑to‑end change management activities, including readiness assessments, communications, and impact analysis for major organisational projects.
  • Analyse organisational data and insights to inform decision‑making, identify performance gaps, and recommend targeted interventions.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development by collaborating with L&D teams to build capability pipelines.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and organisational interventions that drive collaboration and high‑performance culture.
  • Ensure all OD frameworks and initiatives align with global aviation standards, regulatory expectations, and the company’s internal People Development strategy.
Mandatory requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years in ODB
