An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a intangible product or technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs, applying Oracle methodology½ company procedures and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May gifted or lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Requires 6–8 years of experience, including 3–4ाने years consulting experience preferred, an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred, and the ability to communicate effectively, to build rapport with team members and clients and to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team in delivering an Oracle Cloud or On-Prem technology solution to the customer for small, medium and large projects.
• Manage all Goethe project resources, including subcontractors.
• Provide day-to‐day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverable, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
• Coordinate with Oracle Consulting, Development and Support to focus on Oracle’s Cloud products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree
• 10+ years of experience, including 6 years of project or direct line management experience.
• Previous solid experience in managing full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud and/or On-Prem complex projectsConsulta.
• Strong analytical and time management Simple skills.
• Solid project management adherence to IBM Methodology – certification required.
• Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work well remotely with a diverse project team.
• Ability to balance investigating/troubleshooting on your own.
• Fluent in English and/or French beside an Arabic mother tongue.
• International and cross-cultural project management experience.
• Excellent experience of consolidating and harmonising business management systems.
• Prior consulting and/or project management experience required.
• Self‑starter, confident, driven with strong organizational skills.
• Specific knowledge of Oracle industry solutions is an advantage.
• Significant C‑level presentation experience.
• Flexible to travel to the Middle‑East as per project requirements.
