My client, based in Abu Dhabi, is searching for an Operations Analyst PMO.

The Operations PMO analyst will serve as the Operations Lead in ensuring disciplined, effective delivery of multiple digital and operational initiatives. This role provides structured oversight of execution, performance monitoring, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination, while enabling the consistent application of delivery best practices and scalable operating rhythms across ventures.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • 3–7 years of experience in PMO, program management, operations, or consulting roles (PropTech and e‑services preferred).
  • Strong grasp of digital transformation in public‑sector contexts; familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate ecosystem is a strong advantage.

This role is paying a market related salary of between 20 000 to 25 000 AED.
