Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager, preferably in the bakery, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• English B2-C1 level, Russian is preferable.

We are looking for a professional to oversee and optimise the daily operations of the bakery business. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in bakery, hotel, or restaurant industries and a strong background in managing teams, processes, and resources.
