Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control the company fleet and drivers
• Supervise and coordinate drivers and supervisors regarding schedules, working hours, overtime, leave, and operational requirements
• Prepare operational reports and manage budget planning
• Develop, implement, and maintain fleet policies and procedures
• Identify vehicles for replacement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Ensure timely vehicle registration renewals and regulatory compliance
• Oversee vehicle procurement, registration, and delivery coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• 10–15 years of experience in the car rental industry within the UAE
• Strong leadership and team management skills
