Role Overview As our Operations Manager, you\’ll lead daily operations, manage cleaning teams, and implement scalable systems to ensure exceptional service delivery. This hands-on role will involve everything from staff recruitment and training to inventory control, vendor management, and client satisfaction. We need a strategic thinker who’s just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting into the details.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage operational systems, schedules, and team workflows.
  • Recruit, onboard, and supervise cleaning staff.
  • Monitor cleaning quality to meet internal and client standards.
  • Build strong client relationships and address service feedback.
  • Oversee procurement of cleaning supplies, products, and equipment.
  • Manage supplier/vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain inventory levels and control operational costs.
  • Track budgets, KPIs, and generate performance reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement and prepare the business for scale.
  • Collaborate with founders on shaping company culture and growth strategy.
