This is not a “keep the lights on” job. It’s about building a scalable operating engine that powers cross-border recruitment at a global level. You’ll be at the heart of transforming processes, teams, and systems — ensuring that operations don’t just keep up with growth, but drive it.

What You’ll Do

  • Design & systemise operations: Develop and document SOPs that make high-volume recruitment and immigration processes repeatable, reliable, and scalable.
  • Champion automation & tooling: Leverage CRM, ATS, and digital tools to remove manual bottlenecks and drive efficiency across the candidate journey.
  • Scale teams & performance: Lead and grow teams — from recruiters to immigration specialists — equipping them with KPIs, dashboards, and playbooks that deliver consistent results.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Act as the connector between recruitment, immigration, finance, and business development — ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Governance & compliance: Maintain operational rigour and compliance across every stage, from candidate screening through to visa approvals.
  • Data-driven decision making: Build reporting frameworks and operational analytics to spot bottlenecks, forecast needs, and keep leadership informed.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify process gaps, deploy automation, and create scalable systems that evolve with international growth.

  • A proven operations leader with experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or other high-volume, fast-growth environments.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves in the detail while keeping sight of the big-picture strategy.
  • Skilled in process design, digital tools, and automation — ideally with hands-on experience implementing CRM or workflow systems.
