As part of a wider energy and infrastructure group, we support oil and gas cargo movement across high-volume regional corridors in the MENA region. Our operations are built around strict compliance, real-time execution, and consistent delivery across multiple assets and stakeholders.

Role Summary

We are hiring a capable, seafaring‑experienced Operations Executive to oversee the day‑to‑day performance of our tanker fleet. You will be responsible for voyage tracking, cargo reconciliation, operational reporting, and coordination with terminals, agents, and masters. This role is on‑site in Dubai and requires availability beyond standard working hours.

Key Responsibilities
Voyage Operations & Monitoring
  • Oversee execution of crude oil tanker voyages under time charter
  • Track vessel movements and manage daily performance issues
  • Coordinate with port agents and vessel crew across regional ports
Cargo & Documentation
  • Manage cargo reconciliation and discharge/load accuracy
  • Maintain logs, reports, and compliance documentation
  • Support bunker tracking and STS coordination when required
Communication & Escalation
  • Serve as liaison with agents, terminals, and internal ops team
  • Relay critical updates to management in a timely manner
  • Flag operational risks, weather issues, or delays as needed
Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years in shipping operations (tanker focus)
  • Prior seafaring experience
  • Experience handling crude oil or dirty cargo
  • Familiarity with ports in Iraq preferred
  • Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Veson IMOS is a plus
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and operationally available 24/7 during active voyages
  • Available for full‑time on‑site work in Dubai
