The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years of experience in the field. Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in onshore oil & gas / petrochemical construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and standards.
• Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce HSE standards; promote strong safety culture across civil works.
• Manage execution of earthworks, concrete, underground and structural activities.
• Ensure first-time-right quality through approved method statements and ITPs.
• Monitor progress, productivity and milestones; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering and other disciplines to resolve site issues.
