Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Officer, Digital Onboarding (Part-Time) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital transformation efforts and enhance our customer onboarding experience.

  1. Facilitate the digital onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  2. Utilize digital onboarding platforms and CRM systems to manage customer information and documentation.
  3. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the onboarding process.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve digital onboarding procedures.
