Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain office policies, procedures, and filing systems
  • Handle scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications
  • Support HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and records management
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks (invoices, expense tracking, payroll coordination)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations
  • Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external partners
