David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit an Arabic speaking Office Assistant for their Gaming studios in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE.

Position: Office Assistant

Location: Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Monitor office supply levels, manage inventory, and coordinate orders when needed.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating internal events, meetings, and activities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and liaise with external vendors or service providers.
  • Provide logistical support during employee onboarding, including workspace setup and access arrangements.
