Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a key business partner, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight to drive business growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, safeguarding assets, and supporting decision-making across the organization.
What you’ll do
- Lead the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and forecasts in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes, providing clear insights and recommendations to leadership
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal control policies
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to support operational needs
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting strategic decisions
- Partner with department heads to monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resources
- Supervise day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders to maintain strong financial governance
- Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools for efficiency and accuracy
- Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting continuous development and high performance
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus)
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance management, ideally within hospitality, real estate, or multinational organizations
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and UAE compliance regulations
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
