Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in managing MMA gyms within the region, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of combat sports training environments. This role includes building partnerships and driving membership growth. The position requires fluency in English and a plus for Arabic speakers.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing an MMA gym or similar fitness facility in the GCC or MENA region.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of MMA and combat sports training environments.
• Demonstrated success in sales outreach or business development roles.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth functioning of training schedules and safety standards.
• Lead the gym's membership sales strategy.
• Oversee staff scheduling, performance management, and training.
• Build partnerships with schools, universities, and corporate clients.
• Ensure all member records and payment processes are maintained accurately.
