What you’ll do

Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Room Service to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will be in charge of ensuring all minibars are stocked correctly consumed items are replaced and billed accurately to our guests making all minibars look immaculate at all times.
• You will also be in charge of various amenities we offer our guests and the various mini bar setup available throughout the hotel.
• Serving others is your passion you will ensure the outlet is in immaculate condition and all service standards are adhered to by the supporting team members.
• Our values of Passion Personality Respect Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Mini Bar Attendant youll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• You are aware of revenue targets and ensuring these are achieved and exceeded simultaneously all costs are controlled within preset budgets including beverage cost and other expenses.
• By taking part in a daily team briefing preservice you ensure you are well informed of the daily happenings around the hotel as well as the upcoming service.
• You will ensure you stocks are controlled using the FIFO principle by doing so reducing spoilage and ensuring nearexpired items are flagged to your manager.
• During your daily routine you liaise with other departments when required to ensure an immaculate presentation of your outlet and high standards of cleanliness as well as maintenance are upheld at all times including furniture equipment floors fixtures and fittings.
