Merchandiser - Abu Dhabi, UAE (Preference for Indian Candidates with English Language Ability)

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and self-motivated individual to take on a key role within our organization. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in merchandising and be comfortable working with a diverse range of clients. We are particularly interested in candidates of Indian nationality who possess excellent English language skills.

The primary responsibilities of the Merchandiser include:

  1. Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as establishing relationships with new customers
  2. Negotiating contracts and ensuring that the terms are met by both parties
  3. Coordinating product development activities from concept to completion
  4. Creating product displays and materials that effectively promote the company’s products and services
  5. Keeping up-to-date with market trends and customer needs in order to develop new business opportunities
  6. Analyzing sales data to determine the success of promotional efforts and strategies

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or related field
  2. 5+ years of experience in merchandising, retail sales or related field
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  4. Good understanding of retail products and services, including pricing strategies
  5. Strong negotiation skills
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
