Job Title: MEP Planner ( Immediate Joiners )

As an MEP Planner, you will be responsible for developing and managing the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) planning process for our client's projects. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure that all MEP activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP project schedules, including all MEP activities and milestones.
• Collaborate with the project management team to identify project objectives, constraints, and risks related to MEP activities.
• Monitor and track progress of MEP activities, identify any potential delays or issues, and propose solutions to keep the project on track.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of MEP materials and services.
• Review MEP drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor MEP work progress and provide necessary support and guidance to the project team.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to the project management team and clients.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on MEP-related matters.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in MEP planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP planning, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to MEP work in Dubai is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
