Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead the site-based delivery of a landmark residential project in Ras Al Khaimah.

This is a key position within a reputable PMC, with a strong focus on the post-contract phase. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in residential towers or hotel projects across the UAE or KSA, combined with solid PMC experience and hands-on project delivery expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all MEP services on-site, ensuring seamless integration with overall project delivery

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in MEP management, with exposure to both contracting and PMC environments
• Strong background in residential towers and/or hotel developments (essential)
• Proven post-contract delivery experience on large-scale building projects
• Ability to manage and coordinate all MEP services on-site, ensuring seamless integration with overall project delivery
• Based in or willing to commute to RAK
• Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
