Job summary

A reputable construction firm in Dubai is looking for an experienced MEP Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates and coordinate with various teams throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in MEP estimation, possess strong analytical skills, and be skilled in reading construction drawings. A diploma or a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects in a dynamic environment.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and take-offs for MEP works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities.
• Maintain updated pricing databases and cost benchmarks.
• Assist in tender submissions and bid evaluations.
