Job description

Reporting directly to the Founder, the Medical Manager role is based in Dubai. It will serve as the clinical lead for all digital care pathways. This role is fully virtual and involves interpreting diagnostic data, conducting online consultations, shaping evidence-based wellness protocols, and ensuring clinical accuracy across products and programs.

Description Key Responsibilities (Virtual Care Setting)

Clinical & Diagnostic Expertise

• Interpret advanced blood diagnostics across 50+ biomarkers and translate results into personalized care plans.
• Conduct online medical consultations focused on chronic disease, prevention, performance, and longevity.
• Provide clinical and wellness‑focused feedback on lab results, ensuring holistic guidance.

Protocol & Program Development

• Develop and refine signature digital wellness programs (e.g., longevity, hormone health, metabolic health).
• Ensure all protocols are evidence‑based, medically sound, and aligned with functional medicine principles.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, content, and marketing teams to ensure medical accuracy across the platform.
• Contribute to educational content, supplement guides, and health communication materials.
• Support the creation of website and app content related to programs, lab tests, and user journeys.

Care Delivery & User Experience

• Guide users through their health data in a clear, empowering, and personalized manner.
• Participate in online webinars, workshops, and virtual corporate wellness sessions.
• Provide medical oversight for GPs and dietitians as the team expands over time.

A successful Medical Manager should have:

• Licensed GP / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine specialist (DHA preferred)
• Strong experience in diagnosing and managing chronic conditions.
• Comfortable interpreting comprehensive diagnostic panels and designing personalized care plans.
• Preferably experienced with peptides or willing to learn.
• Strong interest in wellness, nutrition, longevity, and functional medicine.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex medical concepts.
• Preferably Arabic‑speaking.
• Prior experience in digital health, wellness platforms, telemedicine, or integrated care organisations is a strong advantage.
