Job description

A fast-scaling e-commerce operator with 8 years of experience, multiple brands, several 8-figure achievements, and a growing ecosystem at the intersection of e-commerce, education, and personal brand building is expanding its acquisition team. Current focus includes : A fragrance brand targeting $100M in annual revenue within 24 months through e-commerce and wholesale (currently active in the EU, expanding to the US and worldwide in the coming weeks).

Main Mission
  • Meta and TikTok Ownership → Build, manage, and scale ad campaigns end-to-end
  • Testing Systems → Structure creative tests, audience tests, and funnel optimizations
  • Scaling → Identify winners and scale efficiently while maintaining CAC targets
  • Performance Analysis → Daily and weekly reporting on CAC, CTR, ROAS, CPR, and volume trends
  • Creative Collaboration → Work closely with the Creative Strategist and content teams
  • Funnel Optimization → Propose improvements across creatives, landing pages, and offers
  • Budget Allocation → Manage spend with precision, discipline, and accountability
You
  • 2–5 years of experience running performance ads for e-commerce
  • Demonstrated ability to scale budgets while maintaining KPIs
  • Strong analytical mindset with mastery of attribution and key performance metrics
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Reliable, autonomous, data-focused, and structured in execution
  • English fluency (French is a plus)
  • Based in CET ±2 or UAE / CH timezone preferred
