Job description
Phase 1: Foundation (Month 1)
  • Participate in onboarding, AWR culture, and customer service orientation
  • Develop soft skills and understand customer journey in service operations
Phase 2: Cross-Department Exposure (Months 2–3)
  • Rotate through service reception, workshop floor, parts counters, and CRM
  • Learn basic automotive service workflows and customer interaction protocol
Phase 3: Technical & Process Training (Months 4–6)
  • Attend in-depth training on job card processing, warranty handling, appointment systems, and service quality standards
  • Work with technicians and service advisors to understand diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures
  • Participate in customer service case studies and feedback analysis
