Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Sales of durable consumer products.
• Exposure to light-commercial air-conditioning (VRF, chillers, air-side systems) is required.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and key P&L levers.

• Own the light commercial air conditioning product roadmap.
