About the Position

The Marketplace Health Director will oversee the team responsible for maintaining a healthy supply-demand balance across the platform.

Monitor and optimize key metrics such as order fulfillment rates, cancellations, idle supply and wait times. Analyze data to identify levers that dynamically balance demand and supply through pricing incentives, batching and allocation strategies. Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to develop forecasting, elasticity modeling and market simulation tools. Develop frameworks for demand stimulation e.g. promotions, pricing and supply activation e.g. shift planning guarantees.
