Job description
Position Purpose

This position will be responsible for developing and executing international marketing strategies to drive growth, visibility, and profitability of the companys alcobev portfolio across global markets. The role requires strong knowledge of international AlcoBev regulations, consumer behaviour across regions and experience in managing distributor-led markets. The role will also work closely with the Brand Teams to ensure all international marketing plans are aligned with core brand identity, positioning and long-term brand strategy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
A. Strategic

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand-building strategies for priority international markets, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning.

Collaborate closely with the Brand Teams to adapt master brand plans, assets and positioning for international markets, ensuring consistency while enabling local relevance.

Define market-specific consumer segments, brand differentiators and communication platforms to create compelling brand narratives. Lead the planning, development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across international territories.

Work jointly with creative agencies, digital partners and distributors to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful execution across ATL, BTL, digital, experiential and trade channels.

Coordinate with PR and digital media partners to identify relevant international media opportunities.

Develop and maintain brand communication materials, including brand books, sales decks, POSM guidelines, product presentations and digital assets along with the Brand Teams.

Support global portfolio management including NPD inputs, product launches, packaging adaptations and market customization.

Conduct international market research, competitive analysis and consumer insight studies to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.

Establish a data-driven marketing analytics function to track brand health, campaign performance, shipment/depletion trends and market share.

Work closely with the Marketing Head to define and roll out ATL, TTL and digital strategies for international markets.

B. Operational

Develop compelling market offerings and promotional concepts tailored for key international markets (on-premise, off-premise, e-commerce).

Formulate the annual marketing and promotional budget for international territories.

Build and execute annual marketing calendars and campaign plans for each assigned region.

Identify brand-building, influencer and PR opportunities to strengthen brand presence globally.

Coordinate with digital marketing partners to develop region-specific content, social media campaigns and performance marketing strategies.

Maintain strong working relationships with international distributors, importers and sales teams to ensure market traction and consistent brand deployment.

Undertake periodic international market visits to monitor campaign execution, understand on ground realities and capture customer/consumer insights.

Liaise with Brand Teams, designers, and PR team for development of marketing materials and campaigns.

Manage procurement of POSM and marketing collaterals end-to-end vendor sourcing, development, cost negotiation, quality evaluation and delivery timelines.

Ensure effective distribution of POSM in collaboration with Distributor Partners.

C. Reporting/ Monitoring

Ensure all marketing and promotional activities adhere to international AlcoBev regulations and local legal guidelines.

Prepare periodic reports and dashboards to update senior leadership on brand performance, campaign ROI, market movements and consumer trends.

Create and manage MIS reports for international markets, ensuring timely circulation as per defined frequency.
