Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement 360° marketing strategies across insurance, banking DSA, and business setup domains.
  • Tailor campaigns to resonate with UAE-based entrepreneurs, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Improve ROI through A / B testing, performance analytics, and funnel optimization.
  • Coordinate lead generation with CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
  • Establish a unified brand voice and messaging strategy across platforms.
  • Own the content calendar, blogs, landing pages, social media, and email journeys.
  • Manage relationships with SEO specialists, PR agencies, creatives, and videographers.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Build custom dashboards and provide regular performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Suggest growth hacks and actionable insights from marketing analytics.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
  • 5+ years in marketing (preferably in B2B services, fintech, or insurance).
  • Graduate in Marketing / Any stream.
  • Track record of running high ROI campaigns and managing multiple vendors.
  • Skilled in SEO, SEM, content strategy, and conversion funnel design.
  • Strong CRM / email marketing exposure (Zoho / HubSpot / Mailchimp or similar).
  • Prior experience in the UAE market is highly preferred.

  • Strategic yet hands on you can both think big and execute swiftly.

Benefits
  • Salary: 13,500 AED to 16,000 AED negotiable
