Job Description

The Role

Under the supervision of the Cluster Marketing and Communications Manager, the Marketing Executive and Graphic Designer is responsible for enhancing the Hotel and brand’s equity through communications, products, and partnerships, utilizing Accor and Brand platforms to boost revenue across all outlets and services. This role involves designing and executing artwork for hotel publications and promotional materials, both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Design and implement online and offline marketing strategies to increase visibility and meet KPIs.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors for digital marketing, PR, and creative projects.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics like website analytics, social media engagement, and ROI.
  • Develop marketing presentations and materials for stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners for publicity and exposure.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns and social media advertising to drive traffic and bookings.
  • Coordinate digital marketing strategies and social media content following brand standards and communication principles.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and third-party vendors to ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all media and branding materials adhere to brand standards, including photographic and video content production.
  • Manage databases, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
  • Implement branding and performance campaigns, activating inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
  • Create and supervise social media content across various formats and platforms.
  • Supervise the application of corporate image policies and brand standards across all communication channels.
  • Foster creativity and innovation within the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the Meeting and Events team to develop engaging proposals, content, and videos.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and content strategies to ensure cutting-edge content creation.

  • Ensure proper care of all equipment and furniture entrusted for Heartists’ use.
  • Be familiar with hotel policies, emergency procedures, and the physical layout of the hotel.
  • Follow safety regulations to ensure the safety of people and property.
  • Respect and promote the hotel’s sustainability commitments.
  • Adhere to the rules and regulations outlined in the Heartists Handbook and hotel policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
  • Safeguard confidential information and records.
  • Do not disclose financial or sensitive information related to Accor Hotels.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing is advantageous.
  • Experience in Communication, Marketing, and Graphic Design, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles related to social media, branding, campaigns, and design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Word, Canva, Excel, and relevant programs.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and adapt strategies.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and organize priorities effectively.
  • Proactive attitude with capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects.
