Job Purpose
To support the execution of marketing activities across branches, suppliers, and internal teams. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee campaign follow-ups, content coordination, and timely communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1 - Event Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with branches, suppliers, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing event.
- Follow up on approvals, deadlines, and deliverers to ensure timely roll‑out.
2 - Content & Social Media Management
- Prepare content briefs and coordinate with the design/agency teams for approvals.
- Support in scheduling and publishing posts across social media platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
3 - Marketing Collateral Production & Distribution
- Manage production of marketing materials (digital & print).
- Ensure timely distribution of collateral to branches and relevant stakeholders
4 - Reporting & Campaign Performance Tracking
- Track and monitor campaign performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Maintain updated marketing calendars and activity trackers.
5 - Internal Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments and branches to gather marketing requirements.
- Support the Marketing Manager with administrative tasks and coordination as required.
6 - Vendor Management
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
7 - Operational Excellence
- Ensure efficient execution of marketing processes, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow, coordination, and campaign delivery efficiency.
- Maintain organized marketing documentation, trackers, and reports to support seamless operations and timely decision-making.

Education

- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience working with social media platforms and marketing tools (preferred).
