We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with our marketing team on brand and trade marketing, online and offline campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing B2C & B2B channels for our brands.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Marketing
- Create & update brand presentations, product, and launch reports
- Analyze monthly sales reports and maintain sales support tools on a regular basis
- Maintain & update the product database
- Perform competition analyses & market research
- Monitor marketing trends with competitors including Europe and US
- Assist our Social media account development and management
- Collaborate with influencers and organize product seeding
- Support in Press releases, press kit with our PR agency
- Help organize marketing events for the brands
- Maintain and update displays in the showroom
Trade marketing
- Conduct in-store market visit in the UAE and prepare market reporting
- Perform website evaluation for our e-retailers
- Track marketing coverage of brands online and create monthly visibility report
- Prepare B2B emailers to be sent out to our database of retailers
- Prepare promotional presentations for our retailers
- Help develop, create, and distribute marketing materials to our retailers
- Coordinate social media campaigns with retailers and influencers
- Create windows, in-store concepts, and mockups with suppliers
- Coordinate with retailer VM team for in-store updates, new launches product/brand
- Support the Brand manager in visual merchandising (window, point of sales materials) from the brand to the local contractor to the retailer
General
- Support the Brand manager in daily administrative tasks
- Tracking marketing spends monthly / creating PO in the system
- Working with third-party suppliers, agencies, freelancers
Skills and requirements
- Strong desire to learn along with a professional driver.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Passion for the marketing industry or 1st experience in the Marketing field
- Digital and social media savvy
- FMCG/Retail experience is a plus
- Graduated in a related bachelor’s or master’s degree
Reporting line
This position reports to the Marketing Manager and you will be part of the Marketing team.
