Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
- Regularly update and maintain the CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Input customer and client data, track interactions, and manage marketing campaigns within the CRM
- Website and Platform Updates:
- Maintain and update content on our website, ensuring it reflects the latest information and branding
- Manage updates on other digital platforms as required
Social Media Content Creation:
- Develop engaging social media content using our library of videos and photos
- Plan and schedule posts to align with the marketing calendar
Brochure Creation and Updates:
- Design and update marketing brochures and other promotional materials to align with company branding
- Ensure content is accurate and visually appealing
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in CRM systems, website management tools (e.g., WordPress), and social media platforms
- Strong design skills with experience in tools like Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
