Job summary

A real estate brokerage firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to manage client portfolios in resale, leasing, and off-plan properties. The role involves generating leads, client consultation, and maintaining strong market knowledge. The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience in the Dubai market, holds a valid RERA certification, and possesses excellent negotiation skills.   • Must hold a valid RERA certification (or be eligible and willing to obtain it immediately).
  • Demonstrable experience in at least two of the three target markets (Resale, Leasing, Off-Plan).
  • Valid UAE Driver’s License and access to your own car (essential).
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Real Estate Agent to handle client portfolios across three core markets: resale (secondary), leasing (rentals), and off-plan properties.

This is a fast-paced role for a self-starter who excels at generating leads, building rapport, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is adaptable, capable of advising a first-time tenant one moment and a high-net-worth investor the next.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Proactively source new clients through various channels, including cold calling, social media, networking, and open houses.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and investors.
  • Consultation: Conduct thorough needs‑assessments to understand client requirements and provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties in their best light.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers and terms between parties to ensure a successful transaction.
  • Admin & CRM: Maintain an accurate and detailed database of clients, listings, and deals using our CRM system.
  • Marketing: List properties on major portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder) with high-quality photos and compelling descriptions.
  • Market‑Specific Duties:
    • Resale (Secondary Market):
      • Source and list properties from private sellers.
      • Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to establish accurate pricing.
      • Guide buyers and sellers through the entire transfer process, including MOUs and NOCs.
    • Leasing (Rentals):
      • Assist tenants in finding suitable rental properties.
      • Manage the leasing process from application to contract (Tawtheeq/Ejari) and handover.
      • Build a strong inventory of rental properties by networking with landlords.
    • Off‑Plan:
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dubai’s top developers (e.g., Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, etc.).
      • Stay fully updated on all new project launches, payment plans, and special offers.
      • Advise investors on the best off‑plan opportunities based on their financial goals.
Skills
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (minimum 1‑2 years preferred).
  • RERA Certified: Must hold a valid RERA certification (or be eligible and willing to obtain it immediately).
  • Dubai Market Knowledge: Demonstrable experience in at least two of the three target markets (Resale, Leasing, Off‑Plan).
  • License: Valid UAE Driver’s License and access to your own car (essential).
  • Attitude:
    • A proactive, self‑motivated, and target‑driven mindset.
    • A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and honesty.
  • Language:
    • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
