Job summary

A leading telecommunications provider in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to take end-to-end ownership of the M2M portfolio. Responsibilities include designing promotions, managing customer acquisitions, and developing business cases for the M2M market. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing and have 7-10 years of marketing experience in telecom, combined with strong skills in customer experience and market innovation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a Segment Marketing role with M2M experience, preferably with a telecom operator.

Responsibilities

  • Own the M2M portfolio focusing on digitalization and simplification.
  • Design promotions for GLK customers.
  • Manage acquisitions and develop onboarding processes.
  • Create business cases for M2M market and collaborate with ICT team.
  • Handle GTM activities including launch management.
  • Develop strategies to increase M2M market share.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • End to end ownership of M2M portfolio with digitalization and simplification focus
  • Design ATL promotions and propositions for GLK customers
  • Manage Acquisitions, develop journey for onboarding with CE
  • Develop propositions & business cases for M2M market, including industry vertical business solutions working with ICT team to develop end to end IoT use cases
  • Design GTM activities including launch management and communication
  • Develop & execute strategies to increase M2M market share
  • Work with ICT to develop partnerships with vertical application providers with core M2M products to increase share of wallet
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Business Marketing
Experience
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a Segment Marketing role along with M2M experience, preferably with telecom operator
Skills
  • Good knowledge of the M2M market dynamics with special focus on customer value proposition development in the mobile business
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience design, pricing strategies, base management, marketing research, product portfolio with a creative mind for new market innovations
  • Solid analytical skills to understand complex and continuous changing environment
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deliver within a cross-functional environment
  • Solid understanding of communications and media
  • Good understanding of the core technology, API’s and its enablers with special focus on mobile network and IT BSS platforms
