Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ETP solutions across assigned territories or accounts, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in client organizations to become a trusted advisor for their transformation initiatives.
- Solution Positioning: Articulate the value of ETP solutions, including digital transformation, cloud adoption, automation, and modernization, aligning them with client business objectives.
- End-to-End Sales Execution: Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, to closing.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and legal to create tailored solutions, proposals, and pricing models for clients.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management through CRM systems, ensuring timely and effective reporting to management.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the ETP business.
- Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to ensure a competitive advantage in ETP solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8 years of proven sales experience in enterprise technology solutions, digital transformation, or platform sales.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Transformation Platforms, cloud technologies, automation, and digital transformation trends.
- Proven success in managing and closing large, complex sales cycles and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to communicate complex solutions simply and compellingly, addressing client needs and pain points.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage at the C-suite level.
- Experience in industries such as banking, healthcare, telecom, or government is a plus.
- Experience working in the GCC or Middle East region is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Mulesoft, and Microsoft.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify client needs and deliver solutions.
- Experience in selling IT services, managed services, and platform-based solutions is a plus.
