The Manager Key Accounts - Fitness is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and nurturing key accounts within the fitness sector. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing client needs, crafting personalized solutions, and ensuring that the services provided align with the customer s business goals. Furthermore, this role requires a keen understanding of the fitness industry trends and consumer behaviors to facilitate innovative solutions. The Manager Key Accounts - Fitness will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and expanding brand presence in a competitive market.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage and grow key accounts within the fitness sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring prompt communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and work collaboratively to provide tailored solutions and services.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
